Joining the Scottish Mediation Register

Membership of Scottish Mediation Register is a professional standard for mediators. You will need to complete some minimum requirements for CPD in your areas of mediation expertise, and demonstrate a commitment to quality. SMR Registered membership includes all the benefits of SMN membership, adding professional accreditation and an enhanced profile in the “Find a Mediator” section

 

Who can join the Scottish Mediation Register?

The Scottish Mediation Register is now open to organisations as well as individuals to join.

For organisations to join, any organisation that falls under the category of “Local Authorities/Central Bodies, Other Organisations” must certify that all their mediators are already individual members of the SMR

For Voluntary Organisations this is not necessary.

 

How to Join?

You are able to create an account then add a mediation registration to your account, with the ability to pay online with Paypal or have an invoice sent to you for payment by cheque.

Local Authorities/Central Government Bodies:	£150
