The Scottish Mediation Network (SMN) is the umbrella body for Scotland’s network of 440 mediators and mediation services. SMN is funded by
the Scottish Government’s Justice and Health Directorates and delivers a range of mediation services. SMN sets the practice standards for mediators in Scotland.

We are seeking an experienced and capable person who has a strong track record in leadership, strategic engagement and management. The post holder will provide an authoritative voice for all forms of mediation in Scotland.

Salary Range £38,793 – £40,623  plus 5% non contributory pension, 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
