This 3 hour CPD session facilitated by Sarah Welsh (please see biography below) will help participants to understand reframing, identify how to reframe, practice reframing and reflect on practice.

This CPD is suitable for new and experienced mediators in any mediation discipline

Biography – Sarah Welsh
Sarah Welsh has been a practicing Family Mediator in Scotland for over 25 years. She is a supervisor and Tutor on the Relationship Scotland Certificate in Mediation (CFMA) course and currently works as a community mediator with Falkirk Council. Running alongside her mediation she has been a Project Manager within the voluntary sector working in partnership with NHS Forth Valley and Lanarkshire. This work focused on Peer Education Development and Training and Health Improvement in a generic field. She has worked mainly with young people all her professional life and never tires of this. Her mantra is ‘What young people need is – a good listening to!!’ Sarah has wide experience in Health and Wellbeing Training.
