I had a long and varied career in the oil industry working in functions such as HR, Industrial Relations, Logistics and latterly Process Improvement. In 2016 I became certified as a Civil and Commercial Mediator and joined the Edinburgh Sheriff Court Scheme. Since then I have completed over 80 cases and been certified as a Lead Mediator.

Given my background, I am naturally drawn to employment or commercial disputes, but as a Generalist Adviser with my local Citizens Advice Bureau I am also experienced in dealing with personal and family disputes.
