Anne-Hall-Dick

Anne was a Family Lawyer for 42 years, accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Family Law Specialist before her retirement from practice in 2017. She was founder Chair of the Family Law Association in 1989. She saw the benefit of mediation for separating families and their children. She became the first mediator to be accredited by the Law Society of Scotland, in 1993 and the first Convenor of CALM, the association of Accredited Family Mediators in Scotland. Since 2017 Anne has been registered as a mediator with Scottish Mediation and has also trained in Child Inclusive Mediation.  Anne provides mediation in all aspects of family separation including arrangements for children and the  financial aspects. Anne works both online and in person. She has found that online mediation works well and usually starts the mediation process with individual mediation sessions online.
