After early retirement from senior management in public service, Archie created The Dispute Centre; a UK Civil and Commercial mediation service. He also became Secretary the international training network, Business Excellence International. His work experience in these sectors has given him a unique understanding of organisational structure and his academic training in psychology allows him a deep understanding of dispute and conflict. Archie has developed techniques for working in highly complex situations, involving large numbers of complainants. This makes him and ideal candidate for assisting in cases of industrial and workplace disputes. Now an independent mediator he enjoys the freedom of being more competitive and being able to explore new avenues in mediation.
