He specialises across several dispute practice areas including; board level, employee, business partnership, mergers & acquisitions, executor & trustee disputes, workplace, debt recovery and civil disputes.

Brad is a fully qualified Legal Mediator and applies an analytic interest-based approach to resolving disputes, from two party matters to complex multi-party, multi-session Mediations. As a mediator, Brad seeks to empower the parties to own their piece of the mediation process and take an active role in finding a meaningful and sustainable solution to the conflict they are facing.

Brad is the founder of MacIndoe McKay Mediators, a reputable Commercial and Civil Mediation Practice based in Glasgow that operates throughout the UK and Internationally.
