Catriona Davies

Catriona has over 20 years’ experience working with and supporting people, within the public and third sector.  She specialises in providing mediation to the public and third sector, bringing with her an extensive understanding of the different cultures and contexts which exist within these sectors. 

She provides a bespoke service tailored to the needs of clients, whether that is within an organisation, family, additional support needs or other context.  Part of that bespoke service is the offer of coaching, alongside mediation, to ensure that both parties are ready to find solutions and work to find a positive way forward.  Working in this way, provides a solution focussed, way forward that provides long term results.
