I have specialised as a freelance mediator for more than 10 years, having qualified through ACAS. Previously I worked in Human Resources for 35 years, initially in the engineering industry and then in the higher education sector.
My qualifications include a BSc, an MBA and Chartered Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). I am a Registered Mediator with Scottish Mediation.
