My professional background is in Human Resources.  I have worked primarily in the public sector within Law Enforcement, Further Education and Housing in the third sector.  With experience of supporting senior leadership, core HR functions, equality and diversity and organisation change, I have throughout my career nurtured a passion for working directly with individuals to resolve problems and negotiate equitable outcomes. This passion has led me towards pursuing Mediation as a specialist focus.

Now a fully qualified and accredited mediator I look forward to continuing to help people achieve fair and balanced resolutions by placing mediation at the core of my professional practice.
