Elise Schwarz

Elise Schwarz is a qualified mediator and holds a Post Graduate Certificate of Mediation from the University of Strathclyde. She is a member of Scottish Mediation, and regularly mediates for Strathclyde University’s Mediation Clinic, which serves West of Scotland Sherriff Courts. She also sits on the Board for this Clinic.

Elise has a legal background. She has been a  member of the New York Bar since 2003, and on the Solicitors Roll for Scotland and for England and Wales since 2014. Thanks to her commercial litigation practice in the U.S.A., she has extensive experience representing clients in mediation. Now, as a qualified mediator, she uses all of her legal and life experience to understand how best to reach settlements even in the most contentious of cases.
