Emma Tunnard

Emma is a CEDR-accredited mediator working in civil, commercial and workplace disputes across the UK.

Having qualified as a criminal defence solicitor, this has shaped the way Emma works as a mediator. It has developed her ability to approach sensitive situations with empathy, while remaining adaptable to the needs and perspectives of parties involved in mediation.

Emma has a particular interest in helping individuals and businesses to navigate disputes constructively and helps parties reach outcomes that are clear and workable.

In her practice, Emma has mediated cases involving individuals and groups in civil matters, family commercial disputes and disputes between teams or individuals within the workplace.
