Fiona Gray

Fiona is a registered and accredited practitioner with Scottish Mediation and a member of Strathclyde University Mediation Clinic. She is also a qualified and experienced strategic HR Business Partner (MCIPD).

An independent mediator, based in Edinburgh city centre, Fiona is experienced in face to face, telephone and online mediations. As such, she works with individuals, and groups, anywhere across Scotland, or beyond.

In her capacity as an external HR consultant, at Anderson Strathern LLP, Fiona works mainly with workplace mediations. Increasingly she mediates workplace issues involving neurodiversity.

Her career as an Operational Manager and HR Business Partner has included working with organisations across Private, Public and Third Sectors.  She has considerable experience of supporting all levels of employees, across all sectors, up to Director level.

When not supporting clients to get the best from their employees and for their business, Fiona also mediates community and commercial cases for Scottish Mediation, Strathclyde University Mediation Clinic and Scottish Sheriff Courts.

Fiona is a member of Charity Leadership Scotland and is the current Chair of Edinburgh College Development Trust.
