Hello, I’m Fiona 

Thank you for checking out my profile.  I am passionate about the benefits of mediation and hope that you read further. 

I am a registered and accredited mediation practitioner and a member of Strathclyde University Mediation Clinic. My extensive mediation experience compliments my work as a strategic HR Business Partner (MCIPD), and my earlier career as a commercial leader. My mediation style is kind, empathetic and results focussed.   

I am based in Edinburgh and work with individuals, and groups, anywhere across Scotland, or beyond.  I am experienced in face to face, telephone and online mediations. 

In my capacity as a part time HR consultant, with the Employment Law Team at  Anderson Strathern LLP, I work mainly with client Workplace Mediations. In my own practise I work with individuals and organisations who are looking for help to understand and diffuse conflict in Workplace, Commercial, Business Partnership and Community situations.  My work experiences have given me invaluable knowledge of supporting organisations across Private, Public and Charity Sectors, meaning that I have an in depth understanding of people from all backgrounds.  For client testimonials of the benefits and outcomes of mediating with Fiona, please visit my website. http://www.fiona-gray.co.uk

I am a member of Charity Leadership Scotland and the current Chair of Edinburgh College Development Trust.  I support inclusivity and sustainability; I am an accredited Neurodiversity Aware mediator, I am an experienced school peer to peer Mediator Trainer, and I support the Mediators Green Pledge.

When not working I enjoy nothing better than exercising the adorable, and often quite daft, family cocker spaniel.
