Fiona Gray

Fiona is a registered practitioner with Scottish Mediation and a member of Strathclyde University Mediation Clinic. She is also a qualified and experienced HR Business Partner (MCIPD).

Fiona is experienced in face to face, telephone and online mediations. As such, she works with individuals, and groups, anywhere across Scotland.

In her capacity as an HR Business Partner, within the Employment Law Team, at Anderson Strathern LLP, she works mainly with workplace and employment mediations. Increasingly she mediates workplace issues involving diversity.

Her career as an Operational Manager and HR Business Partner has including working with organisations across Private, Public and Third Sectors.  She has considerable experience of supporting all levels of employees, up to Director level.

When not Business Partnering, including workplace mediations with Anderson Strathern LLP, Fiona mediates commercial cases for the Scottish Court System.  She is also the current Chair of Edinburgh College Development Trust.
