Frances achieved the Core Certificate of Competence in Mediation Skills in 2021. She also has over 25 years experience as a lawyer both in private practice and with her own firm. In addition Frances has a business providing commercial litigation and mediation funding to parties who would benefit from financial assistance.

She is comfortable mediating on a wide range of disputes and is happy to participate both face to face and online.

Frances places great importance on bringing engagement, enthusiasm, encouragement and energy to all mediations.
