Linn believes that mediation offers a “safe” opportunity for a facilitated exploration of issues through dialogue, with the aim of seeking opportunities to resolve disputed issues. Linn brings to mediation a coaching style and a desire to help people to achieve their potential through improving their relationships, and to resolve conflict. She describes her approach as offering the opportunity for a facilitated conversation – to hear and to be heard.
