Margaret aims for Mediation to provide a “safe space” for parties to feel comfortable enough to explore issues and seek resolution. She feels because Mediation allows parties to maintain control, this can make for realistic and effective solutions.
Where parties are open to possibility, Mediation can provide a very workable alternative to more formal routes of resolution.
Margaret has worked in, advised and supported across various sectors including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, education and the Third Sector as well as dealing with disputes from employee through to Management and Board level. She also has experience of community and trade disputes.
