I am a mediator, coach and supervisor working across sectors and geographies to resolve interpersonal conflict.  I relish creating leadership conversations.

I work with business and organisation leaders to help them fulfil their potential, their team’s potential and their organisation’s, through mediation – by creating space for transformational leadership conversations.  Often resolving interpersonal challenges requires understanding of different perspectives or communication.  This only comes through constructive dialogue.

I personally have over twenty years experience at the most senior level in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, and I am an experienced mediator, coach, mentor and supervisor.
