Natalie has been a Workplace Mediator since 2016, dealing with disputes in SME’s and larger organisations in both the public and private sector. A keen enthusiast to see results and improve workplace relationships between peers, teams and individuals.

Mediation complements her existing HR and Employment Law skills in which she has 16 years experience in roles such as Head of HR and HR & Employment Law Consultant in many industries and businesses across Scotland.
