Sarah Clark

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am in the business of moving people forward.    Following 20 years in a variety of local authority social work and criminal justice settings, I came to the conclusion that many of our social and personal issues can be amended with improved communication.   I made the decision to refine my skills and understanding of communication, conflict, ‘others’ and ‘us’ by embarking on an academic journey of discovery.    Six years of full time study has furnished me with a Masters degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, a Masters in Research and Chartered membership status with the CIPD.   Put together, my work achievements, personal life experiences and academic studies have positioned me to be able to share what I have learned with you, your business and your people!
