Tony Rogers

Tony is a highly experienced workplace and community mediator. As a mediator he has managed multiparty disputes and shuttle mediations.

Now working as a people management consultant, Tony has over 15 years’ experience at Board and SMT level, integrating people and business strategy. He has multi-sector experience and has worked in manufacturing (GSK and Custom Pharma Services), healthcare, financial services, contact centres (AXA), energy (Total Energies) and central government (UK Department of Health). As a consultant, he has worked with NHS Highland, the Scottish Parliament, Brighton and Hove Council, Midlothian Council, Forth Valley College, MOD, London Fire Brigade and several 3^rd sector organisations in Central Scotland and the South-East England.

Tony is innovative, inclusive and pragmatic. He believes in in doing the right thing even when nobody is watching, practising what he preaches and has a track record of developing his own teams.

Tony lives in Fife where he is Chair of his local trust. His interests include creative writing (performing at spoken word events), history, theatre and cooking.
