Vicky Kirkland

Hello, my name is Vicky and I became a Mediator following my interest in employment law and looking at alternative ways to resolve disputes. I believe strongly in working with people to help understand and resolve what is at the root of any conflict and then working together towards a positive outcome.

I started a recruitment business with my partner in 2008 and studied a Masters in Leadership and Management before going on to take a Masters in Human Resource Management. Following that I completed my mediation training with the University of St Andrews Mediation Service. Throughout this time I have been supporting SMEs and third-sector organisations with their employment law and HR needs alongside conflict resolution. I now lead KBM Human Resource Management which offers a range of bespoke Employment Law, HR, and Mediation services.
