Vitalii Diakov

Vitalii Diakov is a mediator based in Dundee with a background in dispute resolution, mediation, training, and community-focused practice. He holds an LLM in Mediation and International Commercial Dispute Resolution from Newcastle University, awarded with Merit. His research focused on quality assurance and user experience in mediation services, reflecting his commitment to delivering a clear, effective, and client-centred process.

He has three years of experience as a mediator and brings his legal background in dispute resolution from complex legal matters, including cases involving financial, property, and consumer disputes. This has strengthened his ability to analyse disputes carefully, manage difficult conversations, and support parties in working towards practical outcomes.

Alongside his mediation practice, Vitalii delivers training and presentations for charities, businesses, and community groups on dispute resolution and mediation in Scotland. He is the Co-founder and Director of Bring Together Ltd, a social enterprise committed to strengthening relationships and improving wellbeing across workplaces and communities.
