Mediation – A Success Story?

This National Conflict Resolution Day, Cyrenians Scottish Centre for Conflict Resolution (SCCR) will host a free, online event, ‘Mediation – A Success Story?’, on Thursday, 19 October, 10am, featuring Alan Jeffrey, Senior Mediator at Cyrenians. I’ve included more information about the event in a news release I’ve attached to this email.

‘Mediation – A Success Story?’ will explore how to make mediation as effective as possible. The event will focus on the situations that are most suited to mediation, the qualities of the mediator themselves, and the concept of procedural fairness, where the mediation process heavily impacts parties’ perspective on success.
