Mediate 2020 was held over two days in November 2020.
On the first day our agenda included how online dispute resolution is working in the USA, workshops on Covid and Mediation (comparisons between the Canada and Scotland) and giving you people a voice and a plenary session on Building back better with Mediation with examples from Health, Land and the Law.

On our second day our agenda included a discussion around Ethics in Mediation and whether the idea of party self determination is more important than traditional concepts of neutrality and impartiality, workshops on Resilience, on Lay People and Justice and a plenary session on Equalities and Racism.
